| Join Us At Our May Pet Health Fairs | |
| Elizabeth Animal Hospital is joining the Auxiliary to the AVMA in celebrating "Pets—The Spice of Life" during National Pet Week 2009, May 3–9. National Pet Week focuses on responsible pet ownership, recognition of the human–animal bond, and public awareness of veterinary medicine. The AVMA and Auxiliary jointly founded the event in 1981, and the celebration has spread throughout the United States and beyond. The AVMA continues to support the event. "Pets and People—Healthy Together" is the theme for National Pet Week 2010 and you can be sure we will be celebrating again next year. | |
| We will be giving kids fun free Bookmarks, Coloring Books, Pencils or Rulers during National Pet Week. Bring your kids in between May 3–9, 2009 so they can get their free gift. | |
| Pet Health Fair For All Dogs and Cats | |
| We will be hosting a community-wide Pet Health Fair for all dogs and cats. Thanks to financial support from our vendors, we will be able to provide diagnostic screening at a low cost during the fair. Take the results to your family veterinarian and gain peace of mind. Catch disease in its early stage. Microchipping will also be available. The 2009 Pet Health Fair dates are: | |

| • | Thursday, May 14 from 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. |
| • | Saturday, May 16 from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. |
Drop in at our hospital during these times to get a blood panel, an X-ray for $50 each, or a microchip and registration for $35. |
