Leon Anderson, DVM |
| Dr. Leon Anderson owns Elizabeth Animal Hospital with his wife, Trisha. Dr. Anderson earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University and has been practicing for 11 years. Dr. Anderson is a member of the AVMA and CVMA. He is currently serving as a CVMA District Representative and he served on the board for Parker Area Veterinary Emergency Services, LLC. Dr. Anderson has become well known and respected for his expertise in llama and alpaca reproduction, medicine and surgery. He enjoys all aspects of small animal general practice and has pursued special training in dentistry. | |

Dr. Anderson leads by example and this is reflected in the high quality of medical care given to his patients by him and by his entire staff. When you can't find Dr. Anderson at Elizabeth Animal Hospital, he is with Trisha and his two kids enjoying their activities or hunting and training his black lab, Avis (left). |

Kim Allyn, DVM |
| Dr. Allyn earned her DVM from Colorado State University and has been practicing Veterinary Medicine for 16 years, with special interests in Internal Medicine, Dentistry and Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Allyn has received specialty training in small animal dentistry and performs the most complicated surgical extractions at Elizabeth Animal Hospital. She is currently a member of the AVMA and CVMA. | |
| Dr. Allyn shares her home with four indoor cats and four dogs. She also has two horses, two barn cats and a hen house full of clucking chickens. Dr. Allyn and her husband, Greg, have two daughters who are active in 4-H and who add to the varied animal species at the house. | |

Christopher Morris, MS, DVM |
| Dr. Morris earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University. Prior to earning his DVM, he earned a Master's of Science in Microbiology at CSU. He has been practicing veterinary medicine for 22 years. Dr. Morris is a member of the AVMA, CVMA, AAHA and VOS. He served on the Board of Parker Area Veterinary Emergency Services, LLC. Currently he is on the Board for both the Colorado Veterinary Medical Foundation and Ginger’s Legacy, a non-profit organization serving the Front Range dedicated to helping conscientious pet owners secure funds to help pay for surgical procedures for their pets. | |
| Dr. Morris was the original owner of Elizabeth Animal Hospital and previous owner of Parker Center Animal Clinic. Dr. Morris is particularly interested in orthopedic surgery and has been performing orthopedic surgeries his entire veterinary career. He is currently performing a number of Tightrope CCL repairs. He also gives lectures on anesthesia and pain management. He has a special interest in working dogs and sporting dogs. Dr. Morris and his wife, Kathy, have six dogs and one cat. In addition to helping animals, Dr. Morris enjoys bicycling, sports, gardening and landscaping. | |

Scott Marx, DVM |
| Dr. Scott Marx earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. He has been practicing veterinary medicine for 14 years and is a member of the International Association of Equine Dentistry. Initially he was in general practice and then pursued specialized training in equine dentistry. Dr. Marx owns Advance Equine Dentistry. He is a well known and respected equine dentist who often hosts seminars and training courses. He was recently invited to start a Fellowship program in equine dentistry. Dr. Marx provides his services at Elizabeth Animal Hospital. Please call to find out when you can schedule your horse. | |

Trisha Anderson |
| Trisha Anderson is the one truly in charge at Elizabeth Animal Hospital, sharing ownership responsibilities with her husband, Dr. Leon Anderson. Trisha officially works as a technician assistant and manager, but fills in at the front desk or wherever needed. She enjoys her interaction with the animals the most and the animals all respond very well to her. Stella, a Rat Terrier, is her special family pet. Trisha extends her supportive nature to her kids and is coach and cheerleader in all their activities during her evenings and weekends. | |

Dana Barclay |
| Dana Barclay started as a receptionist at Elizabeth Animal Hospital in July 2007. Dana has lived most of her life in Colorado and retired after 30 years in the insurance industry. She spent four summers working in a State Park prior to coming to Elizabeth Animal Hospital. She also dedicated 10 years to being a volunteer firefighter. Dana always enjoys sharing stories about her dog, Yazzie, and her cat, Squirt. When Dana is not at Elizabeth Animal Hospital helping you with your scheduling and phone calls, she enjoys reading and hiking and traveling. | |

Mary Brown |
| Mary Brown has been working at Elizabeth Animal Hospital since it opened. She first worked as a technician and now you will find her at the front desk as a receptionist. She usually has her black lab, Heart, working with her and helping greet everyone. In addition to Heart, Mary has 4 cats and a horse. Mary hopes to have Heart certified as a therapy dog once she settles down. Mary always looks forward to helping you keep your pets healthy. In addition to her love for animals, she has a love for golfing and you can find her on the course whenever the weather permits. | |

Ashlie Campbell |
| Ashlie is a Colorado native who has lived in Kiowa her whole life. She has 3 years of technician assistant experience and joined us at Elizabeth Animal Hospital in June 2009. She is happy to be working closer to home and her experience and skills are wonderful assets. When she is not working she is attending Physician Assistant school and is a volunteer EMT/Firefighter. For fun, she rides her horse and cares for her 2 dogs, a Boxer and an Aussie/Border Collie. | |

Cindy Gardelli |
| Cindy Gardelli is a receptionist at Elizabeth Animal Hospital. After 22 years as a Paramedic/Firefighter she decided to pursue other interests and follow her love for animals. She has been a receptionist in a veterinary hospital for six years, three of them at Elizabeth Animal Hospital. | |
| She and her husband have a 10-year-old Chihuahua and three crazy Toy Fox Terriers. Cindy competes in agility with her Toy Fox Terriers with great success. Cindy also enjoys golf, quilting, teaching quilting classes and occasionally riding with her husband on his Harley. You and your pets will benefit from Cindy's many years of experience as a receptionist in an animal hospital. | |

Carl Koop |
| Carl lives in the Elbert County and after 31 years as a software developer, he switched careers. He went back to school to become a veterinary technician. Carl completed his training, did his internship at Littleton Large Animal Hospital, and achieved his certification. Carl has been a certified veterinary technician for 3 years, the last two working for Dr. Scott Marx, Equine Dentist. When he is not helping Dr. Marx, Carl enjoys hunting, fishing and managing his YAK herd. | |

Kathy Morris |
| Kathy Morris helped start Elizabeth Animal Hospital with her husband, Dr. Chris Morris. She now helps Dr. Anderson and Trisha whenever needed. Most of her duties are administrative, but she can be found sharing technician assistant and management responsibilities. She regularly offers to work for free if she can limit her duties to greeting the pets because she loves animals. The Andersons have not taken her up on that offer yet. She and her husband have Labrador Retrievers that they take bird hunting whenever they can, as well as a wiener dog mix that rules the roost and a kitty cat that thinks she’s a dog. For recreation Kathy joins Cindy and Mary in golf, rides her bike, and helps her husband with his gardening and landscaping projects. | |

Stefanie Potthoff |
| Stefanie is a Colorado native who has been a veterinary technician since 2003. She upgraded from being a city girl to a country girl a couple years ago and has acquired a small farm with chickens, dogs, cats and horses. She and her girls enjoy riding their horses. The family likes camping when they can get away from their farm. Stefanie is trained in all areas of medicine and really likes exotics when she has a chance to work with them. | |

Gary Romano, CVT |
| Gary Romano is a Certified Veterinary Technician. Gary did his technician internship at Elizabeth Animal Hospital and never left and it has been a great match for all. Prior to attending technician school in Colorado, Gary lived in the Midwest (northeast suburbs of Chicago) and started his career caring for animals as a kennel attendant and technician assistant. He and his girlfriend, Danielle (also a CVT), have several critters. Their dogs, Skully and Annie, were both adopted/rescued. They also have two adopted ferrets, Pita and Rocko, and two cats, Penney and Ripley. | |

Added to the furry friends are Malkovich, a Standing’s Day Gecko that lives in a vivarium (seen taking a peek at the world outside) and hangs out on the wall all day, and last but not least, an aquarium of community fish. Gary is a great resource for helping you with many of your pet's concerns. |

Tammy Simmons |
| Tammy Simmons is a receptionist and a familiar face at Elizabeth Animal Hospital. She has been at the hospital for six years and knows all of the ins and outs of the hospital. She is at the hospital everyday during the week and oversees much of the front desk activity. At home she has her three cats, Crawford, Rita, and Willy, and her dog, Griffey, a lab mix. Tammy is a Colorado native and has most of her family in the area. She spends a lot of weekends watching her son play baseball and riding ATVs and enjoying outdoor recreation. | |

Andrea "Andi" Smith, CVT |
| Andrea "Andi" Smith is a Certified Veterinary Technician. She has been a technician for 11 years and has worked at Elizabeth Animal Hospital for one year. Her involvement with animals started with living on a farm in Missouri as a kid. Andi is trained in all areas of veterinary medicine and has a lot of experience in assisting with surgery and critical care. Andi has a special place in her heart for miniature dachshunds and rottweilers. Right now she has Bumble Bee, her mini-wiener dog, and Socks, her cat, at home. Andi keeps busy chasing her son around and enjoying outdoor recreation when she is not working. | |

| Judy Smith fills in as a receptionist at Elizabeth Animal Hospital whenever asked. She has worked as a receptionist in an animal hospital for 15 years. Prior to that she taught kindergarten and first grade so she can definitely relate to communicating with animals! She brought her many years of experience to Elizabeth Animal Hospital starting in 2006. At home she has a large pup named Taos, 4 cats and 2 Burros. You will find Judy in Bronco Orange and Blue every weekend during football season. She and her husband have had season tickets for over 30 years and are Broncomaniacs. She also enjoys gardening. | |

Carrie Weaver, CVT |
| Carrie Weaver is a Certified Veterinary Technician and has been a technician for 14 years. She has worked at Elizabeth Animal Hospital for three years. Carrie's areas of special interest and special training are small animal surgery and dentistry. However, she is interested and experienced in all areas of veterinary medicine. Carrie assists Dr. Morris with his lectures on anesthesia and pain management. She has enjoyed adding alpacas to the list of animals she works with at Elizabeth Animal Hospital. Carrie is available to answer many of your questions about your pets. | |
| When not working with animals at Elizabeth Animal Hospital, she has her own animals—Buddy, a yellow lab, Lady, a shepherd, and Mickey, a cat—to enjoy at home. Her kids and their activities and bowling are her personal interests. | |
